1. Who we are and what we do

David Peng Sourcing (“we”, “us”) is an independent sourcing and inspection service. We help buyers select factories, compare machines, inspect before payment and arrange shipping. We are not the manufacturer of any machine, and we do not own the factories we visit.

2. Information on this website

Specifications, capacities, photos, videos and price ranges shown on this website are indicative and given in good faith from factory data at the time. They are not an offer and may change without notice.

3. Quotations

A quotation is prepared for you on request and is normally valid for a limited period. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing for a specific machine, configuration and delivery term. Published or historical prices are not binding.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are placed with the factory, on the terms confirmed between you and the factory. Payment schedules, deposits and balances follow that confirmation. Unless we agree in writing, we do not hold your money on our own account and we are not a party to the factory’s warranty obligations.

5. Inspection

Where inspection is agreed, we attend the factory and share what we see (findings, photos and video). Our report reflects the condition at the time of inspection. It is a professional opinion, not a guarantee of future performance.

6. Shipping, customs and local charges

Unless agreed in writing, freight, insurance, import duties, port charges and inland transport are the buyer’s responsibility. We can arrange them on request, at cost, through third-party providers.

7. Warranty and after-sales

Machine warranty is provided by the manufacturer. We help you raise and follow up claims, and we can supply spare parts from the factory, but the warranty itself is the manufacturer’s responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with our service is limited to the service fee we received for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost production.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and video, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please do not reproduce it for commercial use without asking.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless we agree otherwise in writing for a particular engagement.
